Karen Tosh is a preeminent family lawyer
located in Boston, Massachusetts. She has represented clients in
contested and uncontested family law cases for thirty years,
including child custody and divorce trials in more than two hundred
evidentiary hearings over the course of her career.

opinion as to liability and the standard of care.
